Central Kitchen is part of the ongoing conversation about what ‘Californian cuisine’ means. California is a young state, and right now it’s an exciting time to be collectively working towards a defined reality of what our cuisine is. They are sourcing locally and sustainably, and aim to create an evolving menu of refined food in a casual setting.
Central kitchen brunch starts on Sunday, November 11th. They will serve brunch from 10am -230pm, half the tables will be open for walk-ins but they will also take reservations on Open Table.
Please note that central kitchen is open for dinner only but the sister restaurant salumeria, who we share a courtyard with, is open Monday – Sunday 9am-7pm.
